New England Patriots Center David Andrews Sets The Pace

The Ambetter 301 NASCAR Cup Series race at the New Hampshire Motor Speedway is just weeks away. And on July 17th New England Patriots center David Andrews will become the Sixth Patriots player to drive the pace car, joining Julian Edelman – Rob Ninkovich – Matt Light – Patrick “ Wang” Chung and Who made that man a Gunner Olszewski. Former OC Josh McDaniel also took a turn behind the pace wheel in 2017

Andrews a Georgia Native and former Bulldog will drive the pace car leading some of of NASCAR’s top drivers to the green flag.

“I can’t think of a better way to celebrate my 30th birthday,” said 29-year-old Andrews whose birthday is July 10, just one week prior to the Ambetter 301. “I’m a big NASCAR fan, but I never dreamed of driving the pace car. Leading the field to green at ‘The Magic Mile’ is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and I can’t wait to get behind the wheel!” Andrews said in a release on nhms.com. This only adds to 2 X Superbowl Champion Andrews already legendary status here in New England.
