N’Keal Harry Reboot Could be Over for 2022

N’Keal Harry Can’t catch. A break . The former Patriots first round draft pick was shipped off to the Windy City of Chicago for the Bears second seventh round pick this past off season and now has come up lame with a as Jeremy Fowler put it what could Be a “Severe Ankle Injury”

Bears wide receiver N’Keal Harry suffered an ankle injury that appears severe but is awaiting further evaluation and hoping for the best, per source. Got hurt Saturday. Traded from New England, Harry was working on fresh start in Chicago. — Jeremy Fowler (@JFowlerESPN) August 7, 2022

Harry was the Patriots first round pick. The thirty second choice of the 2019 NFL draft and if it wasn’t for bad luck this kid would have no luck at all. First being saddled with Tom Brady in the middle of his interview season with the Miami dolphins. Then having to deal with former MVP Cam Newton who killed more gophers than he threw touchdowns while in New England. Then his final year with the Patriots was spent it in the Doghouse as his Agent stupidly demanded a trade out of Foxboro. Harry has not made it through a camp uninjured 2019 (ankle), 2021 (shoulder), 2022 (ankle).

Source: The #Bears have an interest in trading for #Eagles WR Jalen Reagor. Reagor was a first-round pick by the #Eagles in 2020 and has looked very good so far in camp. — MlFootball (@MlFootball2) August 7, 2022

Brining in Free Agents like Nelson Agholor and Kendrick Bourne last offseason, along with the additions of Tyquan Thornton in the 2022 draft and DeVante Parker via trade this year, along with Mr. sure Hands Jakobi Meyers made it practically impossible for Harry to make this roster. His chances in Chi-Town were much greater than here or maybe anywhere with their depth chart. I was still rooting for the kid who was so happy on draft night he had tears in his eyes.
