If Daniel Jones Doesn't Get Brought Back to the New York Giants, Where Does He Go?
Updated: Mar 2

With NFL free agency in two weeks from today and also the NFL scouting combine underway, there are many questions to be answered left during the NFL offseason. One of those questions happens to be will the New York Giants re-sign quarterback Daniel Jones.
General manager Joe Schoen thinks a deal will be able to get done or maybe even place a franchise tag on him. Head coach Brian Daboll and offensive coordinator Mike Kafka would probably love it also but it is a business at the end of the day. Will see if owner John Mara wants Jones back also. If not, where are his potential destinations?
Atlanta Falcons
The Atlanta Falcons have a ton of cap space and need a quarterback. Atlanta just released Marcus Mariota and their only other quarterback on the roster is Desmond Ridder. Arthur Smith is an offensive-minded head coach and that is what Daniel Jones needs to succeed and would have Drake London and Kyle Pitts around him.
Baltimore Ravens
If the Baltimore Ravens trade away Lamar Jackson, they need a Plan B. Tyler Huntley is no more than a backup in the NFL and it would be hard to imagine the Ravens riding with him for a full season. Daniel Jones in Baltimore wouldn't be a terrible option for them.
Carolina Panthers
The Carolina Panthers are evaluating all options on the table for them at the quarterback position. Head coach Frank Reich needs a quarterback for the long haul in Carolina. Daniel Jones and him would be an interesting mesh together also.
New York Jets
What if Daniel Jones decided to move across the hall and join the Jets? There are many people that believe on New York radio that they would have been a playoff team last season with that elite defense and offensive weapons with Jones at quarterback over Zach Wilson. It would be a bipolar move across the Big Apple and draw lots of reactions.
