Final Top 10 NFL Mock Draft

The 2023 NFL Draft will take place next Thursday, April 27th-Saturday, April 29th in Kansas City, Missouri. A lot of drama is going to happen between now and then. Only the first round will take place next Thursday.

There a lot of rumors and uncertainty going around before the NFL Draft this year. So much can't be predicted. Speaking of predictions, what's going to be the top 10 selections in the 2023 NFL Draft this season?

1. Carolina Panthers- Bryce Young, QB, Alabama

The Carolina Panthers need a franchise quarterback. Bryce Young is the best quarterback in this NFL draft class. He is the perfect fit for head coach Frank Reich.

2. Houston Texans- Tyrese Wilson, EDGE, Texas Tech

The Houston Texans are probably going to lean toward a defensive player under head coach DeMeco Ryans. They can wait on their franchise quarterback and go with Davis Mills for another season. Wilson has a ton of upside.

3. Arizona Cardinals- Will Anderson Jr., EDGE, Alabama

It is very possible that the Arizona Cardinals trade out of this selection. If they keep the pick in this NFL draft however, expect them to take the best player on the board here in Will Anderson Jr and is a perfect fit for head coach Jonathan Gannon. He also has a great chance to be a great NFL player and replace J.J. Watt.

4. Indianapolis Colts- Anthony Richardson, QB, Florida

With three quarterbacks available in this selection, the Indianapolis Colts are going to go with the one with the most upside. New head coach Shane Steichen will want to groom his own NFL player. Gardner Minshew II will start for a year as Anthony Richardson develops into the long-term solution.

5. Seattle Seahawks- Jalen Carter, DL, Georgia

The Seattle Seahawks have two first-round picks in the 2023 NFL Draft and one of them will be used on Jalen Carter. They need help on the defensive line. Even with character issues, head coach Pete Carroll and general manager Jon Schneider will be willing to take a risk here with his talent.

6. Detroit Lions- Christian Gonzales, CB, Oregon

The Detroit Lions need help in the defensive backfield. They were the worst team in the NFL a season ago on the defensive side of the football under head coach Dan Campbell. Detroit got rid of Jeffrey Okudah and Christian Gonzales has potential lockdown corner ability.

7. Las Vegas Raiders- Devon Witherspoon, CB, Illinois

The Las Vegas Raiders need a ton of help on the defensive side of the football. It has been bottom 10 in the NFL over the last several years. In order for head coach Josh McDaniels to compete in a tough AFC West, they need a cornerback like Devon Witherspoon.

8. Atlanta Falcons- C.J. Stroud, QB, Ohio State

The Atlanta Falcons can't believe that C.J. Stroud would be available in this spot. Even with having Taylor Heinicke, head coach Arthur Smith will be able to have his future NFL quarterback. Atlanta could sit him for a season and learn the offense.

9. Chicago Bears- Bijan Robinson, HB, Texas

With the Chicago Bears trading back from one overall to ninth overall with the Carolina Panthers, they will still be able to select a very good player in the 2023 NFL Draft. With the departure of David Montgomery in the backfield. they will take Bijan Robinson to pair with Khalil Herbert in the backfield and help out quarterback Justin Fields. He has Jamaal Charles ability and head coach Matt Eberflus will be very happy.

10. Philadelphia Eagles- Quinten Johnson, WR, TCU

Even with the Philadelphia Eagles having A.J. Brown and Devonta Smith in the wide receiver room, they will add another weapon at the wide receiver position with Quinten Johnson. Quarterback Jalen Hurts just received a new contract. He is the best wide receiver in the 2023 NFL Draft and head coach Nick Siranni will be thrilled also.
