Founded in 2005 by Gunso (who has appeared in various pro-wrestling companies in Japan, such as DDT, DG, AJPW, Ice Ribbon, ZERO1, BJW, and many others), DOVE Pro is a very unique independent promotion. With its slogan being “From the backyard to the grave”, which may a testament to Gunso’s passion for wrestling, DOVE Pro is a hardcore-style promotion that features club and hip-hop music as background music for its matches. DOVE Pro is based in Hiroshima, but also has events in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, and Kobe.
